Throughout the Colorado mountain range one can find a magical eatery called the Smiling Moose Deli. I have personally eaten at the Smiling Moose at least 20 times this week. This place is no joke. My personal favorite hot sandwich is the Minturn Mile. You’ve gotta earn this one! Grilled ham, turkey, roast beef and bacon draped with melted Swiss and cheddar chesses, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers and mayo. Simply amazing.
For breakfast I like to drop in on the Hungry Morning….
Ham, bacon or sausage with scrambled eggs and melted cheddar cheese on your choice of a toasted bagel or Kaiser roll… Served all day.
