Established in 1994, Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli has a new(er) location near the Eagle-Vail airport in Colorado. If you ever have to fly in or out of this place make sure to stop by this deli. The people are great and the food is better. I recommend the New Yorker sandwich, but its a little on the spicy side.
