I was in London last week showing some of my art at a shitty art fair in Chelsea. It was interesting, but I tried to stay away from it (“staying positive”) and see what London had to offer the art Gods. I’ve been to London before, but never as an adult so I was excited to get a real feel for it. My exploring started in East London near Brick Lane… the hipster-loving Brooklyn of the UK.

I checked out ROA at Stolen Spaces (D-Face’s gallery)




Checked out White Cube… Liza Lou was showing. Damn is she amazing. This canvas looking piece below was entirely made from beads.

After that, swung through IBID Projects (now my favorite gallery in London) to check out some new work by Ross Chisholm. Beautiful stuff.

Back in Chelsea, I checked out the amazing “Out of Focus” photography exhibit at Saatchi Gallery.

Oh and the oil installation in the basement was amazing…
